Dear Mr. Turner and the Square N' Round Dance Council,

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for this honorary scholarship. Out of the hundreds of well-deserving candidates, I am honored that your council has chosen me for the recipient in this 2018-2019 school year.

It is with great pride that I started, and will continue my career at Missouri State as an undergraduate student for the next four years. In these few upcoming years I am pursuing a bachelors in Criminology, and a masters in Criminal Justice. Compiling all of the learning from my classes, activities, and serving (from my next few years here at Missouri State), I will hopefully get to in turn work in the criminal justice system someday. It will be in that system, and in life, that I will get to give back to such great communities like your own. And that is something I'll take with me for the rest of my life, so thank you.
